Food was tasty, service less so.

Waited far too long for dishes that didn't taste good. In addition, standard products such as spaetzle which were on the menu were no longer available. Will not recommend the restaurant to anyone and definitely not come back.

The pizza was so lovely

Food was ok, but nothing special. And that with a fairly long wait. It wasn't until about 45 minutes after we ordered that we were told that two of our orders were not available. It takes at least another 30 minutes until everything happened. Unfortunately, dessert was definitely not homemade but bought from the supermarket and thawed. We weren't quite sure about the other dishes. The waiter / boss was friendly and tried hard and there was lime brandy to say goodbye.

In advance, yes you have to wait a bit (1 hour ...). That's what the pizza is good for. You are rewarded and the price is definitely right. It is worth making a reservation in advance and preferably not just 1 hour earlier. The innkeepers in the region between Gernsbach and Baiersbronn have been complaining for a long time that too few tourists come. And now they're breaking into the restaurants almost like grasshoppers because everyone in the Black Forest wants to go on vacation. We sat for almost 2 hours and people were still coming (after 8:30 p.m.), but none of them could find a place.

Welcoming restaurant, great food, friendly bed.

We waited almost 2 hours for our pizzas. Landlord tried very hard but was overwhelmed. The compensation schnapps didn't help much.

Large salad plate consisting of leathery lettuce, half a tomato, three cucumber slices, the rest was definitely bought at the net next door: a dab of carrot salad, a dab of the same size white cabbage salad and the finished yogurt dressing - the whole performance realized in 60 min - man .... man - you are sitting in the middle of the tour de murg, motorcyclists also like to stop by ... prepare a little bit for the weekend and maybe a little more people will come to you than maybe during the week

Pretty bad. Pasta was hardly eatable (worst Carbonara we have tried). Pizzas were pretty bad. We waited more than hour to get three simple meals. Also they behave like corona does not exist - absolutely no distance or some other measures. We expected much more based on rating.

We had the most amazing meal after a long walk. I chose the pizza Buffa and my girlfriend chose the spaghetti with basil and pesto. Both tasted incredible, even the crust on the pizza was a treat for the mouth. The service was good. The owner is a likeable Italian who knows what he is doing. Price/quality ratio is pretty good as well. A lot of nice food for an affordable price. If we’re ever in the area again, we will most definitely come here again.

It was delicious and we had a nice view of the wonderful church in the village. We were received very nicely!

Pizza good, waiting time 11/2 hours

Fine pizza for the family. Good salad, friendly service. Rustic, a bit hidden. Come back.

Break at the motorcycle ride, we (5 people) were served very friendly. Pizza freshly made and very tasty. We will be back.

Very good Italian pizza and pasta at a cheap prize.

We get something to eat there every week. It's quick and the dishes are always fresh, hot and delicious. Pizza is excellent. The portions are a good size, sometimes almost too much. Salads and pasta are also recommended. Always my pleasure.

Serious with service

Despite the fact that he is alone .... I would say that he is a very friendly host ... Despite the stress .. And there is not enough time for each client .. He quickly, with a smile, meets visitors and fulfills the order .. Thank you great for pizza .. Very tasty and you can see what was done with love ...

Great nice Italian right on the train station in Forbach and that is the biggest drawback that the outdoor area is right on the train line but otherwise everything was okay but unfortunately had no time to try the pizza as I waited for the train but I'll almost certainly to catch up soon

Nice Italian restaurant in the town located just next to the station. The service was really good and quick. The portions are more than enough at reasonable prices.

i had a pizza salami prosciutto it was actually quite alright apart from the ham being the cheap glued together kind. it tastes ok tho. what i didn't like was the free protein in form of a ant road across our table. it seems they made one of the plants to their headquarters. the wait was quite long for an empty restaurant. when we paid there was no mention of a receipt which seemed fishy
